Eugene Pankake, PE, is
President of GAP Engineering, INC. He has been working in the metals industry for 30 years, the coil coating
industry for 20 years and President of GAP Engineering, INC for over 12 years. During these 30
plus years he has been responsible for managing numerous large multi-million dollar capital projects as well as
development and implementation of new technologies.
Our expertise in coating technology extends
well beyond PfAS® technology. We can provide other custom coating application
solutions to meet specific needs.
Mr. Pankake holds four coating application patents with
additional patents pending.
ENGINEERING SERVICES:
GAP Engineering,
Inc. offers engineering service from problem identification, alternative potential solution development, conceptual design
development, project management, safety reviews, detail design, and drafting. These are done in a way to achieve
implementation of a successful solution. We will evaluate your problem and make recommendations as to the best
options and solutions available.
We will not accept work that we are not competent to accept and will openly
direct you to sources better equipped to solve your problem if we cannot.
Confidentiality of our work with
and for you is not a problem. We are willing and familiar with working under confidentiality agreements.
Custom Equipment can be supplied along with installation supervision and training. Our PfAS Technology
can be retrofit to most coaters. We can provide these services while maintaining a close working relationship and involvement
